Shipping Policy

Before shipping, every order goes through our processing and inspection phase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

  • What happens during this time: We verify your payment, select your items from the warehouse, and perform a final Quality Control check to ensure your product meets our high standards before packing.

  • Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

SECTION 2 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We offer Express Worldwide Shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States: 7 – 10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 10 business days

  • Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 13 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7 – 13 business days

Please note: These are estimates based on our Express Shipping partners. External factors such as customs inspections or local postal service delays may occasionally affect these times.

SECTION 3 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Total transparency is part of our service.

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email immediately upon dispatch.

  • System Updates: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. It is normal for international packages to show no updates for a few days while they are in transit between countries.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY GUARANTEE (MAXIMUM WINDOW)

While most orders arrive within the 7-10 day window, international logistics can be unpredictable. We operate with a Maximum Delivery Guarantee:

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, you are eligible for a Full Refund or a Reshipment at no extra cost.

  • If you believe your order is delayed beyond this window, please contact us at contact@dripsteezy.com.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Dripsteezy Co. ships to most countries worldwide.

  • Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Compliance: We declare packages in accordance with international trade laws. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

SECTION 6 - ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Corrections: If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at contact@dripsteezy.com. We can only update addresses before the package has been processed.

  • Returned Packages: Dripsteezy Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages returned due to "Failure to Deliver" (e.g., customer absent).

SECTION 7 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Check safe places around your property.

  3. Contact your local carrier or post office immediately.

While Dripsteezy Co. is not liable for packages verified as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
