Return & Exchange Policy

At Dripsteezy Co., we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our factory-direct street luxury items. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.


SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS


To be eligible for a return or exchange (due to defect, error, or change of mind), your item must meet the following strict criteria:


  • Condition: The product must be completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and boxes attached and intact.

  • Safety: It should be properly packaged for return shipping to avoid damage in transit.


Please Note: We do not process exchanges or refunds for products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


SECTION 2 - DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS (7-DAY WINDOW)


If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a resolution.

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@dripsteezy.com with your Full Name and Order Number.

  2. Evidence: You must provide clear videos and images showing the defect or error.

  3. Review: Our Quality Control department will review your case and respond within 3 business days.


SECTION 3 - CHANGE OF MIND & SIZING ISSUES


If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection:

  • Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs to one of our warehouses (located in Asia/Hong Kong or Europe, depending on the specific product logistics).

  • Shipping Costs: As Dripsteezy Co. already absorbs the initial express shipping cost (typically valued between €20-40) to deliver the item to you for free, we do not issue return shipping labels.


SECTION 4 - MANDATORY RETURN PROCEDURE (THE 5-PHOTO RULE)


Before shipping any item back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, you must follow these steps to ensure approval:

  1. Documentation: Take 5 clear photos from different angles. These photos must show:

    • The main details of the product.

    • The condition of the soles (for footwear).

    • All tags attached.

    • The original packaging/box.

  2. Submission: Send these photos to our support team for pre-approval.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the physical product, it will undergo a rigorous quality inspection. A refund or exchange will only be processed if the product matches the photos and meets all criteria listed in Section 1.


SECTION 5 - REFUNDS & RESOLUTIONS


If your return is approved after inspection, you may choose one of the following options:


  • Full Refund: Receive the amount paid back to your original payment method.

  • Identical Exchange: Receive a new product identical to the original order.

  • Store Credit: Exchange for a different product of similar value.


Refund Timeframe: If you choose a refund, please note that the time to see the credit on your statement varies by bank and payment provider. Typically, this process takes between 3 to 30 days according to international banking policies.
